Clean room installations

Certain products do not tolerate dust. We have a clean room (ISO7) available for the assembly of components for the vacuum, semiconductor or solar industry as well as for medical technology. In this monitored environment, the cleaned components are assembled into high tech systems and tested.

• Particle-free assembly (ISO7) of mechanical and electromechanical modules
• Procurement and storage of customer-specific components
• Parts cleaning (ISO6)
• Function test, helium leak test, adjustments, final checks
• Part suitable packaging and logistics (KANBAN, double-bagging, …)
