Ecological sustainability

• Practised environmental management system according to ISO 14’001.
• Possible ecological optimisations are implemented. The entire production hall was thus converted to LED lighting.
• On the roof of our production facility is one of the largest solar plants in Eastern Switzerland. We produce electricity for 270 households.
• The CO2-neutral cooling or heating of the building using groundwater.
• We use 100% electricity from hydropower.

Social sustainability

• We are training 12 apprentices.
• We offer modern, safe workplaces for all our employees.
• We support charitable projects.
• We support university education by providing know-how and components for various projects of ETH students

Economic sustainability

• We are a family business with over 100 years of history. Long-term thinking is always in the foreground with us. We are entrepreneurs – not managers.
• In order to be prepared for the future, we constantly face new challenges and develop ourselves further. We invest continuously in employees, the latest machinery and a modern infrastructure.
